Does anyone know where I can find the text of the FORTH-83 Standard in
either troff or TeX format?  I've got a pre-formatted copy, but it doesn't
print out right due to the weird method used to underline words, and I'd
find it easier to read if it weren't in a single monospaced font.

Please e-mail any replies -- I'll post a summary to the net.
