It is his offical title.

True. But Walt has been there longer than almost anyone else. His
knowledge of what has been discussed, and how we got here is matched
by few.

Since it does seem likely that the document will be passed, a seminar
on what will be in the starndard should be of great interest. I can
heartily recommend Walt to those who wish to learn what the standard
is likely to be, why it is what it is, etc.
