Dickey) Organization: ETA Systems, Inc., St Paul, MN Lines: 12 Can anyone tell me why in the individual mailer Sender/Reciever rules that it maps "colons to dots everywhere....."? Is this some holdover from a while ago that is no longer needed? Exactly what is it meant to handle? It is causing us a slight problem internally, in that when our Suns reply to Apollo mailing lists (specified by a name with a trailing colon), the Suns map the trailing colon to a dot. I presently have our Sun sendmail's configured with 5.61 cf files, and am running sendmail 5.58 on all the suns (with named). Dan A. Dickey ddickey@gonzo.eta.com
