Message-ID: <252@phillip.edu.au> Date: 5 Apr 89 20:35:52 GMT Organization: Phillip Institute of Tech, Melbourne Lines: 18 In the symposium tape from VAX SIG, fall 1985, Anaheim, there was a very useful program called 'OBSERVE' ( allows you to watch another (TT or TX) terminal on your machine..). Under Version 5 of VMS OBSERVE has a tendency to crash our VAX when the user you are observing changes their terminal attributes (eg. when they enter/exit the editor!!). Has any one out there been using OBSERVE and if so do they have a fix? Many thanks, -- Bradley White. | Internet: bradley@phillip.edu.au Phillip Institute of Technology, | ACSnet : bradley%phillip.edu.au@mannari.oz Computer Centre, | Phone : (03) 468 2584 Bundoora Campus, | Plenty Road, | Bundoora, Victoria, Australia. | 'The earth is flat..'
