Greetings Netland!!

I have had some problems trying to get my version 1.2 to 1.3. Here are the
problems that I have been experiencing.

1. My old copy of h/com.h is bad. I could not even apply the patches by hand.
   If anybody has a free moment, I would like to get a copy of it. 

2. I never got a copy of lib/termcap.c. Again I would be very happy to get a 
   copy of it.

3. I can not get the Amoeba kernel to compile. I keep on getting errors that
   things like AM_RECEIVE is not defined. Where abouts is AM_RECEIVE defined?

I think that is about all for the moment. I would be grateful for any help.
