	I was sure that I posted a reply to the group. We still have a
RSTS/E system (V9.6-11) with DECNet (V4.1) on a PDP-11/70.
	I am a member of the DECUS (Digital Equipment Computer Users Group)
RSTS SIG (Special Interest Group) Steering Committee, and represent that
group on the DECUS Communications Committee. I will try to forward your
questions/concerns to the Steering Committee and/or the RSTS Software
Engineering Group.
