We would like to purchase a 600+M disk for our two VAX 11/780s - fast, and dual-port-able. (We would share filesystems via NFS but would also like the option of being able to press a button and have the disk on the other VAX.) We are also interested in a 2.3Gb (or more, if it's affordable) tape backup subsystem. We already have a collection of product literature from various vendors, but are looking for some personal experiences with different disk and high-capacity tape hardware. Thanks in advance for your recommendations! Please e-mail responses directly; if interested, I will post a summary to the net. Craig Craig D.
