Has anyone implemented SLIP support for NCSA Telnet for the Macintosh?  We are 
interested in enhancing NCSA Telnet to work with existing Unix applications, 
and we would like to be able to stick with a single protocol for both serial 
and Ethernet connections, TCP/IP in this case.
