USA Lines: 10 I live down the street from the Software Shop, and so I browse through there fairly frequently. The quality of service that I've gotten there is highly variable, depending on who's working there. There are some young guys who seem to be (perhaps) less knowledgeable but very honest, while on the other hand there's one older guy who clearly knows a lot but I don't trust. If I want trustworthy service (and am willing to pay the price) I go to the Software Etc. (B. Dalton) at the local mall. They don't know a lot about Amigas either, and the selection is small, but they've been incredibly trustworthy there --- they've been much more than fair when I've had problems with stuff I'd bought there.
