I have a small problem....  my university cannot FTP to anywhere off campus
and I would like to get Dillions DME editor.  I can really use this program as
I am SURE it is a hell of a lot better than the standard ED that I am using
right now.  If anyone out there can zoo, arc, zip, and uuencode it, I would
