	I recall that there was a mention of someone creating a new BBS
system from the source for Tag 1.02 and that it showed up on Plink.  This was
last year sometime I believe.  Can anyone verify this.  I spent quite a while
trying to track it down but to no avail.  Can anyone confirm/deny this?
Any information would be appreciated.
