In "Domain Personal Workstations and Servers Technical Reference" chapter
12, keystate codes for the model II keyboard are defined.  How can I
get my keyboard to generate these keystate codes, rather than ascii codes?

A related question:  Where can I get documentation on the type managers, 
specifically dev_tty?
