Actually ProTERM v2.1's Kermit transfer, is okay it does work. On the other hand if you are using ProTERM v2.0 it's kermit is very messed up. If you can't use Kermit, try using xmodem/ymodem or something. It is a pain editing the linefeeds out but just use TEX or better yet Davex's tr command.
