Why don't you want it? Do you already have a graphics/mouse based GS word processor, data base software, etc.? Personally, I think AppleWorks GS is an excellent example of IIGS software, and as far as I'm concerned the best so far to come out for the IIGS. The spreadsheet alone is excellent, and the rest of the modules are really great too. Go ahead and get it-- I think you'll be glad you did.
