I own GS-Ram, a PC Transporter, and Sonic Blaster and have had no problems, except for the fact that I had to send my PC Trans. back twice until I got one that worked, customer relations were polite and helpful, but they also had me send back the wrong thing at first. And then I also have had to send back one of the disks that came with the Sonic Blaster card because it also was defective, which I have not received back yet (if there's any AE people out there...) I love the AE products and their performance, I just wish they would do something to ensure that the products are in working order...guaranteed there will always be defects, but to have 2 out of 3 products that one single person purchased be defective is a little ridiculous. -Todd Biske
