I have it, have run it on floppies (only) that I thought might have
had missing blocks.  It hasn't ever reported finding errors, so I
can't tell you whether or not it can fix a bad filesystem.

It's one of those programs that, if you need it, you need it bad.  I
hope I never need it. :-)
