Actually, the latest official ARCSHELL from Charles Johnson, as distributed
on GEnie is version 1.98. Someone tried to upload a bogus version 2.00, with
a bogus ARC called TurboARC 1.1, but GEnie took it off after Charles
Johnson complained. Seems that someone modified any early (1.96??) 
ARCSHELL and an early ARC for some perverse reason. that person then
proceeded to upload it all over the USA!! So, if you ever see a program
called TurboARC, rest assured that it is bogus!!
