Oh for crying out loud, read the F*ng manual! The up-offset is Tempus's
way of coding commands, and binding to keys is variable/programmable,
so therefore I didn't give the keys.

In MY version (don't know about yours) shifting a block is
Ctrl-space and Alt-space.
