Maybe some Atari dealers are more adventurous than others, but my
local official Atari dealer (Logisoft -- the makers of Turbodos) says
that they'll install the blitter for about 200 FF (1$US  6.40 FF)
extra.  Next time I drop by I'll ask them for more details if others
are interested.
