In MS WORD, one can (allegedly) assign a character to be repeatedly 
printed for each tab.  Very useful for making a table of contents, e.g.:

Chapter 2................................................17

In the above, there would be a single tab between the "Chapter 2" and
"17"...

However, I haven't had any luck getting this to work.  Am I doing something
wrong or is this a bug in the product?
