I would offer more help, but as yet, I have not been very successful with getting anything out of BITNET. What server are you using, and what commands do you use. I have sent the following commands in a subjestless and without a disclaimer (See below) and I still get errors. INDEX INFO-A16 or index info-a16 INDEX PROG-A16 or index prog-a16 and I get the return mail saying that both these lists are unknown by the LISTSERV.
