I'm testing it by plugging it into a SUN running SLIP. It seems that the UNIXpc really can't handle this very well. It connects nicely using a number of applications, but any large transfers seem to kill it (like incoming FTP). I'm wondering if anyone is doing this sort of thing at reasonable transfer rates (>= 4800 baud) with a significant degree of success.
