I have 24 200 nanosecond 16K RAM chips left, in a shipping tube.  To
my knowledge, they work perfectly, though they've never been installed,
so I don't know for sure.  Perfect for upgrading/repairing the oldest
PCs, and perhaps some other computers from the dawn of time.

Make me an offer.  The last batch sold for $1/chip.
