Video Charley is a Daughter Board that attaches to the feature
connector of the EGA cards and provides NTSC encoding (and also
genlock, so you can feed input into it, superimpose/key the video
on top of it, or just send the PC video) it is limited to the
680x200 resolution mode, but this seems to look ok so far.

The killer is that it costs $749.
