HP has recently introduced a new ink cartridge for the Thinkjet printer.
This cartridge is intended to be used with plain paper (rather than
ink jet paper).  The part number is 51604A (for black ink).

I don't know the cost of the cartridge but the savings in paper cost
will probably offset it.
