We have a lab of RT's with MPEL adapters on them that are
used for students doing VLSI design projects.  We have had
problems with students rebooting the systems with
<ctl><alt><pause>, which causes problems, especially on our
file servers.  We can't lock the keyboards, since the consoles
are used for the design work.  Has anyone found a way of
keeping anyone who can touch a keyboard from rebooting the
system?
