I have been told that in order to change the keyboard on an RT/PC
running AIX, for example from a U.S. Ascii to a Swiss German, it
is necessary to *reload* the VRM.  Isn't there a configuration
file somewhere that can be changed, or a utility program that can
be used, to accomplish this?  Reloading the VRM really doesn't
take very long, but it still seems a rather severe thing to have
to do for such a seemingly minor change.
