 The chips that Apple use are :-

        NEC  ( manufacturer)

        D41264C - 15


  These are 256K (64Kx4)  Dual port dynamic rams ( 150 nS access time)


 Any electronic component retailer who stocks memory chips should be able to get
them easly for you, at about a third of Apples price.
