I frequently try software from comp.binaries.mac and anonymous ftp sites.
This of course requires BinHex and Stuffit conversion in most cases following
download.  However, 1) BinHex's overhead increases download time over a plain
binary file and 2) Manually converting multiple files can get very tedious.

On a hunch, I poked around for a unix utility that would de-hqx files on the
account, using wildcards.  However, the only utilites I found converted the
BinHex file into three forks suitable for MacTerminal, which I do not use.

Are there any utils available which produce a single MacBinary file suitable
for download with Red or Kermit, given an hqx file?
