With that setup, you can only spool two printers (in most cases) and the cache that AppleShare sets up for file serving is very small. I have recommended to them that they go up to 2MB. (Oh, they do use a Mac II as a file server, by the way). Performance is not the greatest on a 1MB machine, but it can be done. An Apple Systems Engineer that I talked said that 2MB is a good amount.
