I'm fairly new to the Mac world (I've only had my Plus since Xmas) and
I'd like to get some information about the Desktop.  Basically, I want
to know ALL about it - how can I see how big it is, help in re-building
it, how often it should be re-built, etc.  I'd just like to get a better
understanding of it.  

Any and all help would be appreciated!!!
