Are newer versions of these products >available that will work on bigger monitors? The latest version of the Moire cdev screensaver works well with all large monitors I've seen to date. It will sometimes interact oddly with other INITs and cdevs, which require that it be renamed to !moire or zmoire to alter the installation order. I like it for its ability to be customized somewhat (speed, number of moire lines, geometrical shapes) and for how fast it runs even on large monitors. Oh, yes, it will sometimes cause programs that don't redraw the screen properly to require a user act to force a redraw after it engages and clears, but I don't think that's Moire's fault. Moire should be available by ftp from several sites; if not, it can be obtained from your local user group.
