This can be done now:

set the textfont of btn "new button" to Calligraphy
set the textsize of btn "new button" to 48
set the textstyle of btn "new button"  to Shadow

Etc, however, if you distribute your stack, you may want to include the 
special fonts [if they are public domain, of course] so  the changes "stick"
