Maybe someone on the net has an answer to these questions: What hardware is needed to connect to Applelink? A Hayes-compatible modem? What baud rate? How about alternatives like a direct connection to a Public Data Network? I suppose Applelink uses this kind of medium anyway, since phone lines would be far too expensive. Or am I wrong?
