After letting the user select a filename and location using 'SFPutFile'
I would like to build a complete pathname string for that file.  I've
been able to get bits and pieces of the info. from various calls but
can't seem to get the whole thing together.  Is there some reasonable
way to get a complete pathname in that situation???
