This is probably a stupid question.

Does anyone know how to make a general modal panel?  That is, I would like to
be able to do something like
	[myPanel runModal];
but there is no such method for Panels, only for SavePanels and OpenPanels.
Obviously, it can be done but it isn't immediately obvious to me.
