The SUN 3/60 is running 3.5. At the moniter prompt on the 3/180, I gave the command: >b ie()vmunix I then see that the 3/180 (the client) has begun booting off the 3/60 (the client) i.e. the client successfully downloads the tftpboot program and appears to be booting vmunix. At this point, I get the following error message: panic: rootmount cannot mount root Does anybody out there have any idea how to fix this problem or what the problem is? Any advice is desparetly needed and appreciated. John Sun North Carolina Memorial Hospital sunj@dopey.cs.unc.edu
