Michael Poole's correction sheet includes this:- "...The first TDS record in the file contains the first 6 items listed .... The second TDS record consists of exactly 8 bytes. These are two 32-bit integers, the entry point offset and the code size in bytes. Subsequent records contain the code in records of up to 512 bytes each...."
