I have uploaded ARCMaster 4.23 to Simtel20:

This is a menu-driven shell for use with ARC/PAK/PKPAK/ZIP, etc.

Be sure to specify a non-used directory as its work directory.  I hear
it does DEL *.* in the work directory when it finishes.  No problem if
installed correctly.  Read the manual.
