I am looking for the version of dvi2ps which was written by
Stephan v. Bechtolsheim. That version can use all type
of fonts (gf, pk,pxl) and can also display the tpic \specials.
Somewhere I have seen an incomplete copy of that program, and I am
now wondering, where I can get a complete copy from.
