Ah, exactly what I'm looking for..  Input as to what people are looking
for in a color image editor.  But I have a question for you, when you
inquire as to the "basic paint tools" what exactly are you looking for?

I am looking (as my README pleads) for input as to what an Image editor
requires in the way of features, since I've not done much in the way 
of editing images since I played with MacPaint about 4 years ago.
