Nonsense. Apple is sueing over a particular class of graphical user interfaces or at least I have to conclude it is doing so. Apple is suing Microsoft over MS-Windows and HP over NewWave. Seems that NewWave can be made to look like Macintosh windows. And NewWave can be made to look like a lot of other things. So you tell me where the Mac leaves off and other things begin. -c cire|eric
