You should be able to send mail to all newsgroup moderators by mailing
to "moderators@cs.purdue.edu"   This does not include moderators of groups
gatewayed from Arpa or Bitnet mailing lists.

Many moderators asked to be dropped from the list back when it got a lot of
mail.  Thus, don't expect to reach all the moderators by simply mailing to
the list.
