Mr. Postmaster,
    The article I quote below was recently transmitted to the UseNet
newsgroup misc.consumers, apparently over Internet NNTP links.  I find
it quite surprising that the University that was so quick to cut off
Brad Templeton's net access over a few jokes would allow such a
flagrant violation of UseNet and Internet policy which prohibits
commercial ads from being distributed over the Internet.

    Please advise Mr. Wang of the proper guidelines for the use of
UseNet system.
