It seems we are passing from the lively (present system) to the
aristocratic (various proposals for creation/deletion to be
reserved to net.oligarchs) to the arcane (several recent
postings).  Altho I would prefer making creation easier, and
deletion strictly a site a/o user choice, I'm going to suggest
dropping the subject entirely and sticking with what we have.

It may not be perfect, but it pretty much satisfies folks
(from what I can tell), and provides some interesting
commentary!
