	I've got a problem with receiving articles in unwanted news groups.
We get our news via nntpxfer, and I have set up our sys file so that MY site's
entry has ! entries for each of the groups that are "leaking" into our site,
.i.e !blab.*, !bah.*
This didn't help.  My junk directory is still being filled with these articles.
	Where have I slipped up? (Besides being on USENET 8-)
