Is there anyone 'out there' who can supply a partial newsfeed over IPSS
(the international packet switching network). I can access your site if:


* You are connected  to TELENET or TYMNET (in America) IPSS (in Great
Britain), or some other packet switching network

* You can supply me with your NUA (network User address) on that network
  (or, in the case of telenet, what to type in at the 'login:' prompt;
  either of these will do)

Please DO NOT respond if your site is only accessable through PC Pursuit.
The way it buffers transmitted characters is just TOO SLOW.

Ideally, then, I'm looking for a service to which I can connect directly
g' protocol.
