The list is alive and well; an issue just went out yesterday, and a few
weeks ago before that.

I've been busy to the point where I haven't taken care of all the
messages in the security-request box, but there aren't that many left
in there.  If you've sent a request to the automated "I want to join"
address,
		isis!sec-request-application
and you haven't heard anything, send again.
