The machine "cognos" will be down for upgrade of hardware and software. The
system will go offline at:

	Thursday April 6 16:00

and will remain down at least until Friday noon.

The total upgrade of all our Sun machines will actually continue to until
Wednesday April 12, but we will bring "cognos" up first, and keep it up
except for short periods of time when we need to swap some boards.
