See to it that NO food is available (lying around as trash or being actually fed by the guests) and the seagulls will eventually leave. You can scare them away by shooting bottle rockets...that's what the fisherman in the Florida Keys do. By the way, it's against the law to shoot a sea bird in Florida. I wouldn't be surprised if it's against the law there, too. If there is food available, nothing will really get rid of them. What should they leave if they have found a reliable food source?
